Cake Sale Raises Funds for 1st Foots Cray Scouts

During the Foots Cray Meadows 5 - 10k + Fun Run organised by PB Race Events that took place this morning, the coffee morning and cake sale run by 1st Foots Cray Scouts raised over £100. 

Our thanks to all those race participants, organisers and visitors, who kindly participated our coffee morning and cake sale.

This money, together with the donation due to be received from PB Race Events, will help us continue to offer activities to boys and girls in the community through our Beavers, Cub and Scout Sections.

This was the first time the race organisers had run one of their events at Foots Cray Meadows and, due to its success, we hope that this venue will become one of their regular fixtures.
