Cubs Win Through to Semi Final in District 5-a-side

The Cub team played a brilliant set of games in this year's District 5-a-side competition.

Winning every one of their matches in the league section and making it through to the semi finals of the knock out, where they played a much larger and more experienced team.

The team have been practising for the last four weeks and all that hard work has certainly paid off.

A number of people commented on their teamwork and team spirit on the day, they were  a real credit to the group.

Many thanks to our team manger and coach, Darryl, for giving up his weekends to help the team, and  to all the parents that turned out on a cold Sunday morning to cheer on the team.
