Explorer Scouts Invested

Our first seven Explorers were invested into Excalibur ESU last night

1st Foots Cray were one of the first Group's in Sidcup to offer Explorer Scout provision in Sidcup  when they started, unfortunately the unit closed a number of years ago, but we are delighted to re-establish a new unit to be partnered with the Group.

Taking their name from some of the  initial ideas and ethos that Baden-Powell used in founding scouts back in 1908, the unit has adopted the name of Excalibur and is meeting every Friday night at 8pm.
